IMPROV TO THE RESCUE WINTER SESSION / PART ONE

● stimulate action, spontaneity and creativity.

The Winter 5 week session PART ONE focuses on ensemble sound and movement exercises, building scenes, playing an action, and solo embodied story shaping. It will prepare Improv the the Rescue troupe for a production in the first half of 2024.

This kind of work creates sacred space — a space to pause, listen to your heart, trust, play and share. 

WHEN: Tuesdays, November 14, 21, 28, Dec 5, 12 Winter Break.
Part Two Winter Classes resume Jan 9th

TIME: 7 PM - 9 PM

WHERE: BABS’LAB, 603 King St. (Enter at the back of building on Phyllis St on path between Palm tree and fence

TUITION: $125.00 for 5 classes.
