Please join us for this fun and intimate night of TALES + MUSIC + ART + TREATS + LIBATIONS. Now in its fourth year, story slams offer an opportunity for people to share a true story, hone the craft of oral storytelling, and connect with community.

Storytellers have 10 minutes to tell a TRUE personal story based on the THEME without the use of notes.

The winner of the Slam will be picked by our three GUEST JUDGES: David Girard, Evan Gould, and Hope McMath. One Grand Slam winner will be announced at the end of the evening and win a $100.00 Cash Prize.

Audience members get to vote for their fave storyteller too! The winner of the popular vote receives a $50.00 Gift Certificate to WOLF & CUB, our favorite downtown Jax retail shop.

•Story must connect to the Theme.
•No notes.
•No props.
•Please no ranting, no preaching, no politicizing.
*Story must be within the time limit of 8 to 10 minutes.
